Meet your coach, Simon

Hi, I’m Simon the owner of Global Gym and a coach who’s had the privilege of working with over 100 Aussies on their journeys in weight loss, muscle building, and comp prep.

 

Bodybuilding has been a huge part of my life, and what truly fires me up each day is helping others hit their goals, both in and out of the gym.

For me, coaching isn’t just about sets, reps, or numbers on a scale — it’s about building confidence, creating lasting habits, and showing people what they’re really capable of.

 

Whether you’re looking to step on stage, transform your body, or simply take back control of your health, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Specialised in comp prep

Comp prep is where my passion really shines. Having been deeply involved in bodybuilding myself, I know firsthand the discipline, strategy, and mindset it takes to bring your best package to the stage. I’ve guided athletes through every phase of prep, from structured nutrition and progressive training plans to posing, peak week, and stage presentation.

My approach isn’t just about getting lean; it’s about doing it the right way sustainably, safely, and with a focus on preserving muscle, maximizing performance, and keeping your health a priority.

 

Every competitor is different, so I tailor each prep to your unique body, lifestyle, and goals, ensuring you step on stage not only looking your best, but feeling confident and proud of the work you’ve put in.
